“The Our Agenda Mental Health Workshop: deepening our skill and understanding when working with gay and bisexual men in Ontario” is a three part workshop developed to be delivered to local mental health providers. It seeks to increase their capacity to more effectively respond to the unique mental health stressors that gay and bisexual men experience. This engaging workshop; through the use of interactive activities covers topics including: gay social determinants of health, intersectionality, syndemics and resilience while providing very practical tips and tools for the participants to use in their work with gay men.

It is important that each ASO have the skills and competencies to deliver this capacity building workshop with your mental health community partners. If you have not been trained on how to deliver, please contact Dan Gallant (Knowledge Facilitator) by email dgallant@gmsh.ca
